30 days sounds way more then needed.
Even if they are running some checks, I doubt with the technology today, it can take anywhere more then 5-7 days (until and unless they are doing any manual activity, which again is impossible for the size of this initiative).
Again, I doubt that people who can actually afford the watch will have any issue with the 30 days period stuff, however, the higher number is on people who themselves took EMI/Loans to enroll for offer (I know atleast 20 such cases from my gym where every GenZ is walking with Ultra 2). Its going to be hard on them as they are not getting the refund on time to payback there EMI. 🙄

Agree with you on that I actually believe that there are more hiccups in pipeline and I have made up my mind that I won’t get the refund just taking it as opportunity to stay active

One of the store executives in Poorvika Chennai told my sister to also buy a watch in addition to my brother in law who bought it. The executive told my sister to just buy and tie it on your pet and the steps will be done.

They asked me whether to buy like that and I said dont do it however it seems many others bought in the store thinking they can achieve it this way. This I think is the reason they want other health data so that these sort of people can be caught

Technically 30days are completed brought on 2nd dec and today is 1st of jan and I thought I could only initiated refund tomorrow but it did let me so letting you all know.

we have yet to received refund for 1st month and 11months to go so i won't recommend anyone to signup until 6months payment has been credited to most of us. rumor are it can restarted by 6th jan 2025 as per Reddit subforum.
