Application error

I am trying to apply for Idfc first credit card from long back and i am getting error on OTP page when i enter OTP that we can't process your application please try again later ,and i tried with different mobile numbers but also no use and at last i have tried by changing year of birth and this time after entering OTP the application is proceeding further
Can anyone help me why i am not able to apply with my correct DOB ?

When was the last time you applied? This situation typically arises when your application has been rejected and is already recorded in their system. In such cases, you are usually required to wait for six months before reapplying.
