Applied Axis Airtel received Axis Myzone

The axis bank cc are real dumb in issuing credit card.

I applied for Airtel cc as on their customer care they assured I will get the card told me all the benefits on call.I had Flipkart axis card LTF.

But I received an SMS saying I was issued myzone 2 days later. I ignored it as I heard they issue wrong sms often.

Today I received in mail opening it and lo and behold it's Myzone with rs 500 charges.

I will raise this issue with axis .But provide me suggestions as I don't need this shitty card.

Guys I checked my phone recordings . In call recording we never discussed about myzone credit.
I asked about Axis ace but was not available so I then asked airtel and he mentioned all the benefits in the cal. Should I use this call recording as evidence or some kind. As I want this mistake corrected or they cancel the myzone and it's charges.

Guys I wrote them a mail yesterday night. So far today evening they just gave generic auto-reply from Axisbank pno , that they will update me within 2-3 buisness days.

I will post update the thread on the updates. Wondering if I should also call or wait for their reply as almost most of the time cc is useless.

Axis pno is not useless, they will call you up and discuss the issue with you.
 
Wait for mail reply, if you don't get reply in 2-3 days, please call CC again. Axis has surprisingly good customer care, sometimes its hard to get through to them but they usually resolve any issues. I've had long but good experience with them, some really don't but I would still look at the positive.

Wondering if I should tell them to issue axis ace card in replacement now. While providing them the call recording.

What would you say as I asked multiple times for axis ace card was always told not being issued.

I'm not able to get axis ace through upgrades, it will take lot of doing if you want to get it.

But if you do then its worth it, so nothing wrong in trying. Throw the idea at them, lets see where they land. 😛

I just started using Gpay recently just to get the axis ace card. So far to no avail. Are their any other methods to apply.
 
You can also use axis whatsapp banking to know whether any outstanding amount is there by entering last four digits of credit card. If joining fee is there, it will show something like 590 as outstanding amount.
 
Guys i dont know why today i logged in to the it showed the Myzone card along with the due of 590.
This is unfair as i have not activated the card yet or sent any pin how did they charge it already, and no response from their end.

I wrote three more replies to same thread of PNO with the call recording. Only after i sent the call recording they replied.
We acknowledge the receipt of your mail dated 03-05-2022 addressed to Principal Nodal Office regarding miss sell on Credit Card ending with 4693.
So they have now raised service request with an id they provide , they told me to wait for 7-10 days for resolution. Also what i am worried is that i have no card from axis bank ending with 4693 neither Flipkart neither the Myzone has this number.
Hope this get resolved before the next bill, and why do they have wrong card number should i correct them.

You should certainly contact them. This is weird, does your axis mobile app show any other card other than FK and myzone?
 
Its common, they think we have no proof so they don't take it seriously till we show them one.

What did they say in reply?
