Applied for LTF but get Paid....

I applied for Indian oil axis bank LTF card but received paid one.....
How can I convert it to LTF....
Or cancelled it?

I have mail for pre approved....but there is no mention abt LTF so I applied through website banner....

I did applied via banner whichsays LTF but when I click on that itsays 500 annual fee (my zone).

so stopped atKYC ..

now received sir a call today that it's offered as LTF kindly complete kyc with the help of in person visit manager.

if at the time of applying it shows 0 joing & 0 annual fee,then ask the cc to make it LTF or you won't even activate it.This should help
