Asked For LTF Conversion They Took It As A Card Closure Request

Bro, if the app shows waiver option, what can we do? I selected other charges and fees. It showed me a pop up that we will take it back. Then, i clicked avail waiver. But then it asks to select one option and what ever option i select it says they are not charged as annual fee option is not there.

I think you got the waiver directly from the app, right?

This happened to me too. They can see if any retention offers available to card only after raising closure request. After telling offers available or not, they will verbally ask for confirmation about closure or continue, tell them you want to continue card for while. Customer care agent told me this.
