AU Bank application rejected, what to do now?

AU bank has rejected my credit card application stating some "Internal Reason". However, I think it has happened because of wrong office address which is written in my application (The address is not wrong, it's just that they picked my old office address from CIBIL and didn't bother to ask me for the updated address).
Now they are asking me to wait for 6 more months.

Is there anything I can do? Do I need to wait for 6 months more?

My AU Ixigo application got rejected and they have just given a generic reason. This is the second time they have rejected my application in last 2 years. I have cards from all the leading banks and I have got a maximum of 1 card every year in the past 10 years. They rejected post KYC. They had offered me a credit limit of 8 lacs. Can you help me connect with someone at AU?

Don't worry! If your AU Bank application was rejected, here's what you can do next:

Step 1: Check your email
AU Bank usually sends a rejection email with reasons. Check your inbox (and spam folder too!) to understand why your application was rejected.

Step 2: Review the reasons
Is it due to a low credit score, incomplete documents, or something else? Make a note of the reasons.

Step 3: Improve your credit score (if needed)
If credit score is the issue, work on improving it. Pay your bills on time, reduce debt, and monitor your credit report.

Step 4: Gather complete documents
If documents are incomplete, make sure you have all necessary documents ready.

Step 5: Reapply or consider other options
Once you've addressed the issues, you can reapply to AU Bank or explore other banking options.

Step 6: Contact AU Bank (if needed)
If you have questions or need clarification, reach out to AU Bank's customer support 180012001500.
Remember, rejection isn't the end! Take it as an opportunity to improve and try again. Good luck!

However, you can learn how to track status in real time.
