AU Bank application rejected, what to do now?

AU bank has rejected my credit card application stating some "Internal Reason". However, I think it has happened because of wrong office address which is written in my application (The address is not wrong, it's just that they picked my old office address from CIBIL and didn't bother to ask me for the updated address).
Now they are asking me to wait for 6 more months.

Is there anything I can do? Do I need to wait for 6 months more?

I wanted to apply to AU ixigo Credit card but I applied through AU official App in March 2024 and they mentioned that I need to apply through Ixigo app so I rejected the AU lit card they offered in the KYC. They asked me to wait for 180 days before re-applying again. So Now if I try to apply for the card , it is showing that I still need to wait for 180 days.
How should I proceed? Also Is there any way to delete the lead Id with out asking pno ?

My application was rejected due to address verification issue. The person verifying the address went to the wrong location, and I explained the situation when the bank contacted me. However, I later received an email stating my application was rejected.

When I reached out for clarification, I was told the rejection was due to not meeting the bank's eligibility criteria, which seems inconsistent with the earlier issue.

Can someone please assist me in resolving this?

I saw AU Bank offer in Amazon and I liked concept of AU LIT so I thought of applying for same. Surprisingly it got rejected after Video KYC and Physical verification. Reason given was internal check.

Dropped mail to creditcard.priority@aubank.in and they approved card.

Extremly poor customer service. Although they have mentioned in mail that CC approved. They requested for ITR / GST return which I provided. They did home visit again (twice in same week) but card is still in rejected status online. Extremly poor service - seems they are still searching for reason of rejections.

I also had a similar experience, 3 times office verification. But luckily card got approved.
Horrifying experience - Just keeping the card for bank offers.

When I enter the mobile number I receive the OTP. When I enter the OTP nothing happens, the page stays at the OTP fields. If I enter the otp again it says invalid OTP. There is no error, or loading cursor or anything.

yes some browsers, block some components/cookies or are incompatible with the scripts of the website... many other factors can be there too...

AU sent me 139 sms (yes, I did count) for VKYC, each with different link (yes, I did check) . I'm guessing there are 139 people working in the VKYC team for AU cc verification.
