AU card rejection because of having 7 active cards.

Last month I applied for AU card for the second time and they denied without any reason as expected. So I mailed their PNO asking for the reason of rejection. Again got same generic reply. No forcing them today they mention having 7 active cards is an issue as per their policy.

Ask them is it applicable for all users or specifically few customers only?
