Revision of ixigo AU Credit Card Usage T&Cs: With effect from 1st April 2025​

1. New Value Proposition on Train Bookings:​

ixigo AU Credit Card is designed to make train bookings more rewarding to serve the underserved strata of customers. We are offering 2 additional Payment Gateway charges waiver to our ConfirmTkt users i.e., cardholders will now be able to utilise 2 PG charges waiver on ixigo Train bookings and 2 PG charges waiver on ConfirmTkt train bookings in a calendar month. To facilitate the same, we are discontinuing the Accelerated Reward Points on train bookings donevia ixigo (20 RPs/ Rs.200). However, cardholders will still be able to earn base Reward Points on such transactions, i.e., 10 RPs/Rs. 200 for online transactions including train bookings on ixigo and ConfirmTkt.

2. Spend Based Domestic Airport Lounge Program:​

ixigo AU credit card is meant to serve customer's need for a rewarding travel experience. Our commitment to provide a serene experience to customers stands tall through our partnership with ixigo - one of the leading OTAs in the country. We are continuously evolving our offerings to better serve our esteemed cardholders such as Instant Discount across Flights, Hotels & Bus bookings, 0% Forex Markup charges and to facilitate the same, we are incorporating spend-based criteria to our Complimentary Domestic Airport Lounge benefit usage i.e., on spending Rs.20,000 or more in a calendar quarter will entitle the customer to utilise 2 domestic airport lounge access.

With already limited no cards and strict issuance, they are digging own grave.

Lit was silently devalued in January itself. Including some others like Grocery, Apparel etc. (max cashback for these categories is now only 500 instead of earlier 1000).

There are another important devaluation of AU Lit silently happened in December. I would like to avoid mentioning that here.

I think AU missed a great opportunity to acquire high value customers from other pvt banks.
