They have strange rules , once you close their credit card or account , can never apply again. Lifetime ban via PAN card number.

First ask AU to let customers have more than 1 AU credit cards. I have AU lit, so I can't get AU IXIGO. Such a shame.

Choose option - Add another address ( servicable one , maybe frnd or relative ) and proof of address as utility bills … you’re application will surely proceed bro
