Axis ace card as upi payment by QR code

Hi, i am thinking of applying for axis ace card, i need to confirm regarding few things before applying like, can i use this card as replacement for upi payment by scanning any QR code? Also do we need set pin like upi for payment through card? Will it charge me, if i transfer to any upi id?

Only RuPay credit cards allow to link with UPI.

Axis ACE is visa card.

So that means i can't pay to any merchant through gpay using it?

You can , only on Bharat QR codes , but it's quite rare.

If some merchant has govt issued Bharat qr code then it will work

I've also axis Indian Oil Rupay credit card. but I can't add upi payments

currently only PNB, Union bank, Indian bank and HDFC Regalia ruPay credit card is Live.

Axis, SBI, ICICI and other HDFC RuPay credit cards linking coming soon, maybe after April month.
