It works. No surcharge if the transaction is between 400 and 4000.

This offer of 10% cashback upto 500 is not linked with 5% utility cashback.
With the tap & pay offer, we used to get 11.5% cashback on POS Tap & Pay spends

It's from Visa dear ,You can link any visa card ,I also got it from SBI card also.Gpay basically a partner of utility payment with Gpay,if you tap and pay with axis ace from G pay cash back credited in seconds.
