Axis Ace Offer on Gpay declined

Today I received an offer for Axis Ace Credit Card on Gpay but when I tried to apply, I received a message that since I am an existing customer of Axis Bank, I can only apply through bank website...
And then the offer became unavailable for me...

You can see full credit card number with CVV in Axis mobile app. You can enable online transaction and set PIN via WhatsApp banking. You can do online transactions before card delivery.
Without activation code you can do transactions.

I had registered in axis mobile before getting credit card, just by entering mobile number and OTP I guess.

It is usual for axis, check few hours later. It will appear again👍

Try contacting customer care again and. Ask for customer id or credit card last digits . As your phone number is registered with them , they should provide details.

There's a option called 'View digital card', there you can see full card number. But without activation code you can't set online transaction ON, but that can be done via WhatsApp banking.

If this is your first Axis CC you cannot view the digital card before delivery

You will only be to access card details after card delivery.

No option to use before that, exception few co branded cards which show card details on their app like flipkart, kiwi

Insufficient documentation they said but I had provided all the documents they have asked for. When I enquired further about which document was not provided they changed the reason to "Internal Policy".

But I feel you man. I get it why you're worried. I have also applied for a card via offline agent on 6th March. Got the cibil Hit on 7th march. and application status moved to Eligibility check.
