Axis Airtel Application stuck

Hi folks,

I applied for Axis Airtel credit card on 13th March through Airtel app, but the application still shows "Eligibility Check Initiated" on axis application tracker and "application under review" on Airtel app. I tried contacting customer care on phone, but no satisfactory response from them, sometimes they say it has been approved and will be dispatched soon, other times the response is that it's still under review. Any suggestions on how to move further here?

Ok done, let's see what they respond, I sent out a mail to CNO as well last week but there also no response, they created a SR and it is past expected resolution day.

I am waiting for my 3rd Axis ACE invite in Gpay, but not getting it, i will wait one more week and will apply for axis airtel because it is FYF till 30 Apr, but i am little confuse, i have JIO sim, will they approve my application?

I think you just need invite to apply. Only axis will approve or reject your application but airtel also checking something while applying
