Axis Airtel Credit Card Transaction done By Airtel Thanks App BHARAT BILL PAY BBPS Electricity Bill Transaction Unable to Trace

Yesterday paid electricity bill from Airtel thanks app by Axis Airtel Credit card amount got paid instantly by card received message same with in 1 hour we will give confirmation same. Its been more than 24 hours there is no communication received from Airtel . I tried to find support section or transaction history in airtel app but there is no support desk available feels fully buggy not able to find out any transaction details even tried to trace transaction history its not showing any transaction details fully vanished not a single transaction available of last more than 4 months tried to approachover twitter airtel but i got replied as after sharing screenshot here 19 digit order id mentioned found replied as can't track following transaction id contact with remitter bank only we can't do anything.

Even i tried axis for following transaction , response found as successfully processed to merchant . Even i tried to BBPS to track transaction but it can't identify any transaction b/w dates in BBPS after enter mobile no with otp verification . It need 12 digit BBPS order id that i didn't receive to track order to make dispute .

Dear experts kindly suggest in this to whom we can approach because here Axis , Airtel & BBPS no body taking transaction dispute responsibility feels like it will not settled in future upcoming days , tomorrow is my due date should i pay again bill by airtel or pay by other modes or wait for disputed transaction to settle down as refund or process my merchant payment.



Till now status like -

1. Axis - Payment Done got paid successful payment to Airtel Merchant on 28 sep 2022 09.13 am

2. Airtel - Only throw 19 Digit order id with 1hour give as confirmation till now no updates 28 sep 2022 09.20 am

3.BBPS - It still fetching my paid bill amount from every portal to pay my due fells still not settle to down my payments from Axis to airtel to BBPS i.e. electricity biller merchant .

After raising issue with airtel now i can't see option for My electricity bill with airtel axis card now . Kindly confirm it will get auto refund or it is disputed till now in airtel app i can't see any transaction history it got vanished or missing recent transaction not updated . Should i proceed my bill pay now or it will get refund.

if you pay directly on Pay >> Utility ( Electricity)
then it is maybe not done it
What you get during OTP AIRTEL OR APBLUTIL?
If you see only the oder id or transaction id Airtel never help out to tracking your transaction because they only said " you are using only Airtel Payment Gateway if any payment stuck please contact your bank "
and From Axis Side it is only possible they say the transaction Airtel received or not
From BBPS Side i never contact them then no idea
Usually The Bill Payment Reflecting in 2-3 days but not reflecting in your electricity account then you paid the bill & pay your bill first different apps to avoid penalty
Your payment will credit in account on 5 working days if not then raised the dispute
And i also share trick to how to pay utility bill payment for Airtel Credit Card Next time follow this step you get your 10% Cashback as well as Payment Confirmation from Airtel Also

Here Bill pay done from electricity bill pay section after enter biller details payment page selected card already were save that now not showing after airtel to make complaints now card not showing in payment page enter cvv now otp automatically took in axis page with clearly AIRTEL merchant name amount successfully got deducted from card immediately payment done with in a second i feel there is some issue with airtel app after 1 hour wait sms no response received from airtel till that no clue even i approached airtel twitter they unable to trace 19 digit mentioned order id now blaming BBPS & AXIS kindly suggest this will refund or need escalation because here airtel back out not taking faults responsibility.

It is issue from Airtel Side always because For Axis Pay to Airtel & Airtel Pay to Utility Department ( Electricity, Gas , etc .)
but Airtel Still not solve this issue i already done many mails to the Airtel but no response i also told them please provide me invoice of payment but they even can't do that they told only go on transaction history but as always you can see only Airtel Wallet Transaction History because of this issue my 11K payment was stuck but i got it after 5 working days ( 5 Oct ) if you don't reflect in account than raised the complainant to Axis they will handle it if possible i think they give you temporary limit as well not to worry you get your payment
And Next time follow the step which i shared with that trick i tried 2 times and it is successfully done payment to utility and also got cashback Axis 10% category
 
It is issue from Airtel Side always because For Axis Pay to Airtel & Airtel Pay to Utility Department ( Electricity, Gas , etc .)

on 5 oct first check your statement and then raised the request
because in my case the amount was already credited in my account but i didn't see it then i also got Temp limit
then after i raised the request for the revoke my temporary limit🤪😅

In how many days did you get your refund? Mine is also stuck
