Yesterday paid electricity bill from Airtel thanks app by Axis Airtel Credit card amount got paid instantly by card received message same with in 1 hour we will give confirmation same. Its been more than 24 hours there is no communication received from Airtel . I tried to find support section or transaction history in airtel app but there is no support desk available feels fully buggy not able to find out any transaction details even tried to trace transaction history its not showing any transaction details fully vanished not a single transaction available of last more than 4 months tried to approachover twitter airtel but i got replied as after sharing screenshot here 19 digit order id mentioned found replied as can't track following transaction id contact with remitter bank only we can't do anything.
Even i tried axis for following transaction , response found as successfully processed to merchant . Even i tried to BBPS to track transaction but it can't identify any transaction b/w dates in BBPS after enter mobile no with otp verification . It need 12 digit BBPS order id that i didn't receive to track order to make dispute .
Dear experts kindly suggest in this to whom we can approach because here Axis , Airtel & BBPS no body taking transaction dispute responsibility feels like it will not settled in future upcoming days , tomorrow is my due date should i pay again bill by airtel or pay by other modes or wait for disputed transaction to settle down as refund or process my merchant payment.
Till now status like -
1. Axis - Payment Done got paid successful payment to Airtel Merchant on 28 sep 2022 09.13 am
2. Airtel - Only throw 19 Digit order id with 1hour give as confirmation till now no updates 28 sep 2022 09.20 am
3.BBPS - It still fetching my paid bill amount from every portal to pay my due fells still not settle to down my payments from Axis to airtel to BBPS i.e. electricity biller merchant .
After raising issue with airtel now i can't see option for My electricity bill with airtel axis card now . Kindly confirm it will get auto refund or it is disputed till now in airtel app i can't see any transaction history it got vanished or missing recent transaction not updated . Should i proceed my bill pay now or it will get refund.
