Axis Atlas Tier Confusion

Called Axis Credit Card Customer Care today and asked couple of queries. The representative (lady) was absolutely clueless and cut the call after hanging for sometime. Called again and got the answers from a representative (male) but he was also not so sure. It's really frustrating customer care service from Axis Bank Credit Card.
(1) If the spend is less than 3L in the 1st year (not hitting the Silver Tier spending threshold) what will be the allotted tier in the 2nd year after renewal (paid 5k + 18% GST)?
Answer by Customer Care: No tier will be allotted.

(2) Would I be eligible for the annual renewal benefits of 2.5K Edge Miles + Lounge Benefits
Answer by Customer Care: No.

I mean, after paying Rs.5,900 he or she will be tierless and no benefits of 8 lounge visits allowed for Silver Tier 😂😂😂

Please reffer.

1. Silver is default. 3L spend is a milestone that gets you 2500 miles.
2. Yes, annual benefits of 2500 miles you will get after paying the annual fee.

Please reffer.
That means if a person spends NIL for 2 yrs on his Axis Atlas Card, he receives 5K + 2.5K = 7.5K Edge Miles = 15K Partner Miles (except Marriott).
Suppose he transfers to Club Vistara. Cost of CV Points while purchasing on their site is Rs. 1.25. Let's suppose conservatively the price of 1 CV point is 80 Paise. Then 15K * 0.8 = Rs. 12,000.
In 2 Yrs he pays 5,900 + 5,900 = Rs. 11,800.
That means he pays 11.8k and get 12K worth of CV Points in 2 Yrs. From 3rd yrs onwards the picture will be different if he still continues to not use his card at all.
## I'm just telling a hypothetical situation where the cardholder not even used his card for a single time in the initial 2 yrs.

BTW thanks for the URL. It cleared everything 👍

What about the lounge access,if the spends are less than 3 lakhs in the year? From 2nd year,is the card holder eligilble for the 8 lounge access or not?
