Devaluation Axis Atlas Credit Card Huge Devaluation Effective From 20th April 2024

Redeem Park+ fuel which is pretty abundant. Get 10% off for all vouchers. Plus 5% extra from SBI Cashback card . ASV was 3% and that too now CC option is disabled.
My Park Plus fuel is zero, how do I get it?
I bought one 1500 IOCL voucher once on Park Plus at 10% discount (1350) using One card.
I don't have fast tag , because I do not travel long distance by car.

Just to get my head right
So after the 20th April 2024 devaluation of Atlas,
1) Insurance payment of any type wont qualify for miles or tier milestone? not even if the amt is below Rs 5,000 (which was what was said before)
2) Rent payments also get no miles or tier milestones? not even if amt is below Rs 50,000

Can someone please confirm this as I have payment to make today/tomorrow. Thanks

They won't get you rewards and won't count towards milestone.

just use amazon pay voucher for insurance.

I have 1.23L insurance to pay next week. Can i use Atlas on Parkplus to pay insurance bill or rather any other utility bill? Will it fetch points as PARKPLUS IO has travel mcc (not the 5x , just the regular one)?

Actually there are only ups and no downs in this card.
Even after devaluation.
There are very few cards giving over 10% return on selected categories, you can count them on your fingers.

Even Yes Reserve 5x after paying 5900 per year subscription fees cannot give more than 9% return on online travel, healthcare, dining and fashion.

Cards giving 10% or more on select categories--
Axis Magnus Burgundy
HDFC Infinia
Axis Atlas
Axis Airtel
HDFC Swiggy
AU Lit

PLEASE COPY PASTE AND ADD MORE TO THIS LIST
Is not AMEX MRCC, AMEX PT and AMEX Smartearn also give 10% for Hotel

I have purchased gift card using park plus and received the miles. Idk about insurance payment.

So I just received 2500 bonus miles on spending 3L this year. It takes the card return in miles to 5.67% (base 4% + bonus 1.67%). It is damn good that way, even better than Magnus Burgundy (without AEP). On top of it, my card is LTF

I will get another 2500 miles for next 4.5L spends. Return on these spends will be 5.11%. Still better than M4B. Am I missing something?

Is this the first year for your Axis Atlas or second year? I am also holding LTF Atlas and had achieved Gold tier last year. On the mobile app it simply states next tier as Platinum. Not sure whether I will be getting 2500 edge miles on hitting 3lac milestone this year?

No you aren't missing anything Atlas is imo the best card for regular spends if you play the miles and points game. It is better than m4b, mb even Infinia for that matter. It's just that once the multipliers kick in for the other cards they give better returns, so most folks use this for non accelerated spends and rest for gyftr(not for m4b or mb anymore) flights, hotel spends.

PS: keep in mind the transfer limit for atlas can be a blocker for some

PPS: there are cashback cards with higher return 😉

Yes I do have SBI Cashback as well. But use this card for some offline spends and direct hotel / airline spends

Yes you will get 2500 miles every year on reaching the mile stone, and 0/2500/5000 miles on paying the renewal fee of 5900 according to your silver/ gold/platinum status

Is atlas card still worth applying with fees?

And how to get it for fyf or ltf?
