23k points can be converted to most rewarding points

I think Accor give 2x so it’ll be 46k points and even
1 accor point is 1.82 Rupees

So these are worth 46k x 1.82 = 83720 Rupees

Atlas gives 2 points in Rs. 100 spend
Hence, For 3,50,000 Spend, it will give 7000 Points
Now transfer ratio to accor is 1:2
Hence, it will give 14,000 Accor points
2000 accor point = 40 euro = Rs. 3600 or 1 accor point = Rs. 1.8
Hence, 14000 accor point = Rs. 25,200
Return is 7.2% (not considering the annual fee)
considering the annual fees, net gain us Rs,19300
Return = 5.5%

Now, for mixed spending 23,000 accor point = Rs. 41,200
Return is 41200 / 390000 *100 = 10.61 % ( not considering the annual fee of Rs. 5900)
considering annual fee, the net gain is Rs. 35300
Return = 9%

Axis Bank imposed 1% + GST on utility spending per month more than 25k by per card . Even utility card also Airtel Axis and Ace.

Dont think so. If you have family health insurance, it usually goes much higher than 25k.

technically insurance is not part of utility. my comment specifically related to utilities.

ex: gas, electricity etc.

MCCs are different as per Visa or mastercard.

Agree, in your case not sufficient.

If you include all bill electricity,gas , water, DTH... Not much 25k

for a single household??

My assumption:

Gas = 1000rs. (possible for two months once)
Electricity = 2500rs. - 3500rs.
Internet = 1000rs.
Prepaid = 4x400 = 1600rs. (4 SIMs)
DTH = 1000rs.
Water = 3000rs.

---------------
(these are way high bills) = 11K...

I agree individual consumption may vary and increase the price but my assumption is based on personal credit card for personal usage (domestic home purpose) and for 4-6 members.
