I got the Magnus Card last week, but I didn't get any information regarding Dineout membership. How can I get the Dineout Membership.
How did you apply? What are the documents you have submitted?
How much is the limit on other card? Is there any limit required on other card for eligibility?
Please check the welcome kit. There should be a sheet of paper where it details about the card number, limit, priority memebrship and all. There the dineout activation code is mentioned.
you paid the joining fee right ? Even when I checked with them last month they said it will be renewed yearly as long as we pay renewal fee of 10K
Offer validity: The membership code shared with the customer is valid for 6 months from credit card issuance date and has to be activated within this period. Once activated, the membership entitles the customer to unlimited access for one year, and will be renewed every year for active primary cardholders.
Yeah, I paid the joining fee. But still no such activation code mentioned in Welcome Letter.
Why the reason I called them because recently they removed the content about the dineout and addded dining privilege . Then on call they said it is there even if we renew the same.
They didn't say anything like that but they said on renewal I will get it. Even I am not sure now. Can you please check with the customer support once to confirm whether they discontinued the same or not
