Axis Bank Kwik Credit Card Bill Payment Issue

Hello Everyone,

I had paid ₹1070 Axis Kwik CC bill on 31st July via Paytm. The transaction was successful but Axis Bank has not credited the amount still to my card. The status on Paytm app is still showing - 'Waiting for Axis Bank's confirmation'.

Paytm customer support executive could not help me out and Axis Bank's executive too. Axis Bank is saying that they've not received any amount. Even though I had provided the transaction reference number.

Should I wait more? If not then, what exactly can I do to get the refund?

it takes upto 3 buisness days to get credited
if it is stuck then you will get refund within 10 buinsess days

I will pay Kiwi card bills through upi only from now.

My payment for nearly 23000 went through via Paytm (Debit card mode) and was credited to Kiwi within 20 minutes.
