If SMS alrerts are activated then They will deduct charges Quartely.

Today they deducted for last Quarter.
I guess there will be a DR entry for this isn’t it?
I checked all the DR entries in my account , couldn’t find any such entries

In new CC application, do axis ask for fresh kyc even for existing customers (have both savings account + credit card ) ??

Put it the other way,
If it is from pre approved section of the Axis App - definite NO
From all other sources - most likely YES . Eg , Airtel Axis from Airtel App

Cashkaro does't reward for existing customers. I saw that rule while applying, so didn't proceed with SBI Cashback application. What should I do as an existing Axis and SBI customer?

it varies from bank to bank, even card to card for some banks like A*is ! (for HDFC SBI though strict no-no for ETBs)
hence you've to check tnc of each card individually !
I saw that for this particular card ETB exclusion criteria wasn't there hence applied!
