I have an Axis Bank Liberty savings account. I am yet to receive Rs.750 gift voucher for the last quarter for 60K merchant spends. Send the voucher at the earliest.
Also, why I have to raise service request for the same? Shouldn't that be automatic? Not expected from a private bank.

Saale wrong departmemt m complaint raise kar dete thhe

Last two years se normal complaint kar raha hu.
Aaj tak Khuch change nhi hua.

Abb latest RBI ne Bamboo kiya hai Axis ko toh shaayad khuch change ho bhi jaaye

Yes but after repeated complaints after evey few months.

Last RBI complaint, hits Axis Hard and Now Axis is making changes in the system to make the redemption process automated.
After new process goes live we can redeem 5% CashBack next Month via Netbanking itself
