As per new T&C, maybe yes. Better keep 25K to avoid bombardment of charges.

I opened the account in July. I applied for basic account and during VKYC, the agent told me to upgrade to Liberty. I asker her if I can pay 25000 cc bills and she said yes. Just in a month, Axis changed T&C... Better I will close the account.

Doesn't look like it, new T&C says normal UPI/NetBanking etc transactions will be checked based on exclusions as well similar to debit card.

You can wait till the end for this quarter.

They are reflected as P2M transactions in my statement. Are they excluded ?

Cool. I am receiving since last 3 months. As long you are spending 25K monthly no need to worry. I also receive quarterly cashback without fail.

As long as you are making transactions on eligible MCCs, everyone one is fine.

T&C has been changed, now only eligible transactions will qualify for waiver/quarterly voucher.
