If someone had done transaction on cred upi before T&Cs were changed, will that be counted?
Need to wait till October 20th for confirmation. No one knows, Axis has its own rules. 90% they won't consider. Terms and conditions are silently updated. So it applies for entire quarter.

Bhai you all are saying that axis follows exclusions on upi too when they have not mentioned upi in exclusions list.
So, is basically they only added upi in t and c but they are following practically from long time? Or they previously not followed practically exclusions on upi?

Moreover, they have not updated their customers through mail or SMS about the change. This is against RBI guidelines. Anyone if face charges then you can file complaint to bank and then RBI ombudsman.

No, you didn't understand. Now, upi transactions will follow the same excluded MCCs as debit cards. Previously, transactions made using a debit card on MCC 6012 wouldn't fetch anything, but using UPI, they used to work for the quarterly GV.

Now, they won't work (as per the T&Cs).

That's the main point people have to figure out. Previously, axis used to say that UPI transactions would follow the MCC exclusion list, even though there was no mention of it in the terms and conditions. Yet, after some back-and-forth fight, they would still issue the GV.

Exactly. If people don’t get the cashback this month, they can complain for their 750 GV by arguing that customers should have received an email about the T&C update and that the new terms should apply from the next quarter, not this one.

Well, we can only wait and see. My transactions are genuine, so I’m not too worried, but I do care about the peeps 😅

So paying credit card bills via MobiKwik will not fetch the 750 voucher moving forward is it ?
