Ohk. I was randomly checking the "apply card option" in the axis app last week. I was able to see all the cards as pre approved including magnus and atlas. I dint apply anything last week but yesterday I got tempted, gave in and applied for ace. I do not have any savings account with Axis. I only have Myzone LTF and Airtel Axis FYFMany people are not getting option from today evening.

Holding MyZone since Oct 2022. Spent only around 5K totally until now (used only for Swiggy offers until devaluation). Haven't used this card since devaluation.Since when you are Axis CC customer and if you can share how much total spend you did on existing credit cards?
Still not able to make transactions, says contact details not available with the bank on the OTP page. Asked Ace customer care, they have told that everything is fine, asked to send screenshot. Somebody has reported in an other thread that axis customer care team were clueless and only ace customer care can help. If it gets updated automatically then I can wait. What should I do? As Saturday and Sunday are bank holidays so there might be some delay. You will have to wait atleast for 1 working day for the issues to get sort out.Still not able to make transactions, says contact details not available with the bank on the OTP page. I have 3 cards and when I click on Apply now it's redirecting me to CC apply page asking whether I am an existing or a new customer. Does this mean no available offer for me?
Yeah that could be the reason. I will close two cards next year before renewal.I read it in this group - in other thread - that beyond 3 cards, you need to apply only offline - through a branch. That could be the reason.
