Axis Bank Rejected Bank Account stating two PAN CARDS

Hi members,

I hold two axis bank CC (Magnus & Vistara Infinite). I tried opening a savings account with them, but my branch received a message stating Customer has 2 Pan Cards (AUWPXXXXX, AUQPXXXXX). All the numbers of the PAN card were same except one letter. I feel this has been a typo from their end and the wrong PAN card no. has been sent.

Any Idea how to proceed with this as now my CC customer id is also suspended?
