I already said somewhere the reward multiplication points won't come hence was forced to close the iocl card. I Tried a lot with customer care as this card is a basic card no one in customer care is bothered about the issue of it hence closed the card

Upgrade to iocl premium cc (simple it would seem) but again depends on your style and ltf etc which I can't comment upon

Yes, we can only get 250 points on non fuel transactions.
They have recently changed their terms and updated their edge portal.

Even I got only 250 points for 37k transaction done on Flipkart.
