Amex service has gone to dogs. It no longer a premium customer care. Unless you are throwing lakhs at Amex they just dont care even if you are paying 70k annual fee. Currently HDFC is best in CC business. I had all 3 (Amex plat, MB and Infinia) - Cancelled Amex Plat as MB and Infinia are far superior products with infinia even having better service that Amex. (they once called me multiple times at 3.30 Am to report fraud transaction

Yeah.. agreed. For me amex is best for earning referral points, that's why keeping MRCC as I got it for 1500 fee + gold collection + pay nps by doing 1500 txn 4 times a month.
I do agree HDFC is best followed by Axis.
