Axis Magnus AXIS delay in points transfer, making excuses

Hi Folks,

Axis is not crediting any points to the transfer partners those who have done transfer since 10 July after 10AM to partners. I transferred Accor on 10th July and then United on 12 July.

None of them they have been credited and when calling them, they are making excuses, now when it was mailed to them they are again making excuse quoting technical issue.

So, i think Axis is again upto something in this regard again as well after Gyftr devaluation. As its not possible that for 4 days they are facing technical issues.

So you are saying you have relinked your old id and transfered the points and they got credited to your new ID?
A transfer I made to my old Accor ID, after which I delinked that ID from my Travel Edge account, has gone through successfully. While it shows as Pending in Travel Edge. The wonderful world of Axis.

No, I made a test transfer of 300 points to my old ID, because people here were saying that was working. At that point my old and new Accor IDs were both linked in my Travel Edge account. Then, a day or so after that (as far as I remember), I delinked the old ID from Travel Edge, because I just wanted to try delinking to see if it would make a difference. By then I had got email and SMS notifications saying my transaction was pending/being processed. And now I see that the points have been credited to my Accor Plus account, though on Travel Edge the status of the transaction still shows as Pending.

As far as Accor is concerned, my understanding is, they keep your old and new IDs linked after your ID changes if you buy an Accor Plus Traveller membership, so points credited to either ID successfully ought to show up in your Accor account.

Now I don't know what to do because I've delinked my old ID from Travel Edge. Don't know if I should try linking it back and then transferring the remainder of my ER points.

i just called the travel edge customer support to check about the delay in my club itc redemption, they said it will take 10 working days to process, can someone please confirm this ?
 
Have initiated a transfer of some miles into krisflyer on 27 july but points still not received yet.Krisflyer account is verfied and have done a transfer earlier as well.What to do now?
 
Finally my points are out of Travel Edge and in Accor, where I wanted them. For anyone interested, this is what happened in my case:

- Linked new Accor ID to Travel Edge and transferred ER points to it. Didn't work.
- Unlinked old Accor ID in Travel Edge and transferred to new ID. Didn't work.
- Relinked old Accor ID to Travel Edge and transferred to it. Didn't work.
- Unlinked new Accor ID in Travel Edge and transferred to old ID. Worked.

i have similar type issue , my customer id has been changed and my cards been linked with saving account customer id and all points transferred to new id .. but now transferring to accor getting failed what should i do ?
 
yes mine changed, and i have added the new on to travel edge, but its still not transferring ... can anyone help ?

Try linking your old ID back, unlinking your new ID and transferring to the old ID. This worked for me, but your mileage may vary, so exercise caution.

What is indisputable is that Axis/Travel Edge CS will be of no help.
