Axis Atlas Axis EDGE MILES partly blocked

I hold 40,946 EDGE Miles. However, 15000 are blocked and not available for redemption. Anyone has an idea why this has happened? Attaching a screenshot below

Which other cards does give these miles and have this many transfer partners except infinia which most won't get..so we have to bear this axis since no other choice

Go for amex/DCB/Regalia Gold. Use the accelerators.

This. Inspite of infinia being more accessible nowadays, it’s still a bit more restricted while if you have an axis sb and some other cc, it’s easy to get atlas pre-approved which is still great to get into the miles game!

I still getting 4549. I didn't raised any concern with Axis yet.

Yes, I had raised the concern. But it should be corrected even without raising the concern.

I did not raise concern but still it got resolved for me.

I did not have this 4509 and 4548 error earlier but getting in last 3-4 days while trying to transfer miles. Any inputs?
