Hello Everyone

Please help me, get my earned cashback around 13k at Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card

My card is blocked due to non Personal Use

Please give me any suggestions to get back my card and cashback

Flipkart gives 10% if you buy via grab deal

That is not through the year. Also it takes 60 or 90 days to credit.

Of course nobody will order 15 phones in 3 months for personal use. In that case axis should have annual fee as 12k + GST to provide unlimited CB.

Total i have spend till now is 7 lakh...and the concerned period in which they are asking is about 2 lakh in 3 months...

Actually your spending pattern triggered their system normally no one done such huge transaction for personal use.

1.7 lakh... I have also submitted invoices..some information my name and some in others

Can you confirm if we still get the additional 5% cashback or any cashback at all on mobile phones if we buy through Grab Deals? Because I see that mobile phones don’t offer any cashback in the T&Cs.

If Yes then clear their bill after that card is disappeared from mobile App after that call customer care then told them to issue Flipkart Credit Card they do that easily

same cards here with me and my fk axis also cancelled and i paid bill earlier and the card disappeared from the open app but how about the cashback which i earned can we get back with that card again to give them invoices? is there any chances? or should it be forget those cb and re-issue the card? but how much time after the cancellation of card?
