Axis Flipkart credit card USD 1.21 auto transaction

Hi, i recently start getting international transaction declined of amount $1.21, even after card replacement i getting the same email even the new card was not even shipped i start getting the same with new card. What could be the issue? are the card numbers guessable?


Please note that transaction attempt for USD 1.21 on your Axis Bank Credit Card no. XXXXXX has been declined due to security reasons.
