Still fighting with SBI for franchise conversion on one of my existing card..

For me SBI directly said no for franchise conversion. I approached NO, PNO, Retention Team, Normal customercare executives and everyone said this:

Naah I don't want to waste my time and energy on this anymore. Recently I have been approved IndusInd RuPay platinum credit card so now I have enough RuPay credit cards in my portfolio.

The most easiest way to get converted from visa to rupay , is to add crpc@rbi.org.in in cc while sending mail to sbi cc 🙂. This worked for me and converted mine sbi bpcl from visa to rupay in first attempt only!! The most easiest way i think so🤔
