Axis Magnus Application On Hold

Hi Folks,
My brother's Axis application is stuck and is on hold. He applied about a week ago and hasn't received any follow-up calls.
Customer care can't find the application, whom could we email and reach out to?

How many days have passed? It can take more than 15-20 days in some cases. Just be patient and stop following the tracker for sometime 😂

hmmm, actually had applied for 2 cards simultaneously. already got samsung infinite while magnus is on hold. got it, will wait for it now. thanks sir 🙂

If they dont contact you within 15-20 days then you will have to apply again. Happened with me regarding vistara infinite and got it on second attempt within 5 days.

Did you take Samsung Infinite for that 30k welcome points?

yeah man @iambidhan - not having realised that those 30k points are useless without a HNI card already!
@Endline: got it, will wait for a few more days before reapplying because the chances of it being rejected will then really be high.
what happened to your earlier application though? was it infinitely stuck in processing/hold?
