AXIS Magnus application processing on hold

Hello Community,

I have applied Magnus via C2C with Infinia limit of 15L on March 16th. I got application number from Axis on same day that application is received. Next day i got sms and emaail from Axis saying that application is being reviewed and a CIBIL look up happened. Now when i try to track the status on CC tracker AXIS, i am seeing this messge "

• Credit card application processing on hold
  Our representative will contact you for additional information/documents."
  
  
  
  Can you guys please help me on how to proceed for this?

Where did you apply from? I recommend contacting them to find out the exact reason.

Applied offline through nearby branch. As usual they have a generic reply that it will take 5 to 7 working days for processing.

On hold means they need some input. Ask them why is it on hold. They can view the exact reason for hold.
