Axis Magnus Blocked my card terrible experience

On 30th april and about 10k short of reaching milestone spends.
Made a genuine transaction yesterday ans they blocked my credit card temporarily.
When I call and request to get it unblocked they take 1 buainess day.
They definitely are daft, after reaching this close to my milestone and not being able to get there because of this reason, will definitely irk me and I would honestly juat cancel this card the moment all my milestone points are credited.
I use HDFC and they unblock it at the same time.
Any suggestions to do this quickly? I am this close to my milestone spend.

And one more thing, may greed creeped in and tried booking golf sessions which didn’t work well. Anyways I never entered a golf course before… so no complaints at all on that..what’s with you is more than what’s not😂

Same thing happened with me just now. 10k short of milestone spend for May. They blocked my card. My mistake is that they tried calling me 3 times but I was having dinner and didn't pickup as my phone was in other room. I have requested to unblock and also tweeted hoping for fast resolution. I need to complete the 10k transaction in next 2 hours.

No SMS. They called but I was having dinner and couldn't pick up the call. Interesting part is that even after 2 calls that I made to customer care and requested to unblock the card, they unblocked my card exactly at 00:00 on 1st July. They are smart!

this is quite common actually, asked a friend take magnus and gave him all a to z detail , and he said we can't redeem MR points as statement credit 😳.so changed subject

Meanwhile there's my father who used to redeem MR points as statement credit 🤣🤣🤣🤣
