Axis Magnus ER discrepancy

The updated terms and conditions said that we won't be receiving ER points for rent payments from 5th march. I did a rental payment of Rs 45000 on 1st of March.
Just checked today I have received points for a transaction on 4th march but no points for rental payment on 1st of March.
Did it get excluded because of updated terms and conditions before 5th march itself? If yes, would it be counted towards milestone benefit or not?

Anyone else facing the same issue?

I gave ss of my transactions too

I complained to customer service. They said ER will be credited. Will update after their reply.

No their 5 working day time have til Monday if not i forward to nodal officer then
Now also checked app not credited the rental rewards

For me education fee payment they credited after 20 days. process wise little slow they will credit.

How in this world can we redeem edge points against Paytm flights and hotels ?
Also, my query was for Privilege card , and in reply they have mentioned Select credit card, what is going on?

That’s point for retailer spending on 5th I got 1x on 2 days
That March 1st rental rewards are still pending for me
