Axis Magnus ER discrepancy

The updated terms and conditions said that we won't be receiving ER points for rent payments from 5th march. I did a rental payment of Rs 45000 on 1st of March.
Just checked today I have received points for a transaction on 4th march but no points for rental payment on 1st of March.
Did it get excluded because of updated terms and conditions before 5th march itself? If yes, would it be counted towards milestone benefit or not?

Anyone else facing the same issue?

That’s point for retailer spending on 5th I got 1x on 2 days
That March 1st rental rewards are still pending for me

For me 6k points credit one is for recent shopping remaining points r March only i think in the app not showing in new r older section

I don't know are they really Axis mail Cust care or have they passed on this job to some local BPO (Outsourcing unit)
How in this world can we redeem edge points against Paytm flights and hotels ?
Also, my query was for Privilege card , and in reply they have mentioned Select credit card, what is going on?

No incentive for doing operations and helping customers due to toxic work culture is the reason

For me also same in iOS my login I'd is already active customer id is my old axis account I'd only 10 yrs back used logged in by using forgot password and download edge rewards history i received double points for recent transactions still not received points for March rental payment

March rental rewards I think axis wants to make a big decision even i write 2 or 3 mails with escalation but still they’re asking time till April end let’s hope for the best

Also another separate query, I used grabdeal link for Ajio , which opened the Ajio app. Will it qualify for 5x . I didn’t get any SMS from grabdeal.

Yes all brands across grabdeals put together 10k ER not per partner

That’s the catch
I did this blunder in m&s onetime when I used mobile to purchase from grabdeals it went to app so no 39x edge credited
After that I always do from laptop

Even I was credited points twice for 2 transactions. Same date. Not gyftr.

Looks like a system error/double processing. Will get reversed.

how do you track purchases from 3-4 months ago? if they are not crediting the ERs correctly it would be a big chore to track

also so you keep screen shot of each purchase?
