Axis Magnus "Meet & Greet" Experience (and a mistake that you should not make)

Hello Everyone,
I want to share my experience related to Axis Magnus Meet & Greet Service that i recently booked for International departure at delhi airport (T3).
We were 8 people in the group so i availed all that magnus offers in one go.
We entered the airport through staff entry gate and within a minute we were in airport. After getting the luggage checked in we cleared the check in through business passenger section. That too was super quick. There was practically no waiting from start to finish.
After the security check we had plenty of time to kill.

Now here a miscommunication started. They didnt tell me that lounge access is also included i this service. And I didnt know any better. So I didnt ask about lounge access as well. In reading a twitter post where someone told that they got access to lounge access as well.
After reading this i mailed Axis guys to verify about lounge access. They told its NOT included in meet and greet service. Ok, i thought. But then, one more person shared their experience of axis m&g where he also got the lounge access.
When i asked him on twitter if got the free lounge access in m&g then Encalm guys responded by saying that its included in m&g.

All in all i missed the lounge access ..other wise it was a good experience.
After some time they arrived with a buggy and we were dropped at the gate for the boarding.

So, do confirm if lounge access is there or not in Meet and greet service when you book from axis.

But I can confirm by my own experience that the lounge is included in M&G at T2 Mumbai.

That's because you used Reserve for the M&G at BOM, I guess. Not Magnus.

I agree with your point that lounge isn't included in Reserve. But there have been DPs mentioning that if you book Reserve M&G in BOM, they take you to the lounge and access is given. I have seen 3 DPs. Even I was surprised. With Magnus, that wasn't the case.

I have one query! I was trying to book Axis Meet and Greet Service through Magnus but it is only allowing me to add upto a maximum of 3 guests. There are in total of 5 guests excluding me, so should I mail them stating that I will have 2 more guests or it is fine to just show up there?

it's always better to get everything in email communication. you dont want any surprises at the airport.

on a side note. Can we use PP for free in domestic lounges??

I have used PP I got with Regalia in domestic for international departure and they charged me after 3 months on my card stating that you have used PP in domestic lounge. So PP will always work in any lounge (in domestic or international) who accept PP.

But main question, is it free or chargeable when using in domestic for international departure?

Yes lounge access is free with it, twice at mumbai Airport I've availed this service and it's been unbelievable start to finish. Can't travel without it anymore. Would recommend 11/10 👌

Guests are calculated based on the number of passengers on the PNR. So, If the kids are old enough then yes they will be counted as additional guest

Which lounge was this please? I've used the meet & greet service thrice at Mumbai but lounge access was never offered/mentioned. Doesn't matter when I'm travelling alone or with one other person but would be nice to have when travelling in a group of three or more...

Could you please mention which lounge and whether you were travelling economy? I have never been offered lounge access during my meet and greet.😭

Actually M&G service is provided by Pranam, which operates the Adani lounge also and Pranam belongs to Adani. We were 3 travellers and we had been escorted to business lounge. I asked for card swipe for entry in lounge to Pranam representative, but she told that no need to swipe the card.
