They missed one of my transaction on 10th. 12th got credited. Now need to wait for 2 weeks before raising to customer care 😅.

Edge Reward points have a validity of 3 years, the points will expire after 3 years from the date of earning of the points.

The 4x bonus for Travel edge comes much later. Check after a couple of weeks and it must be there.

And also do they have an automated response as soon as we send a mail - I dont seem to be getting any response from them for any of my email's so wanted to check.

Within 24 hours. I think it is mentioned somewhere on the Axis website, but can't recollect where exactly

Yes, if you have a Magnus, you get an auto response and it says this:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing to us.

We acknowledge the receipt of your email and will communicate our response within 24 hours. You can also access your account anytime, anywhere with our digital channels like Internet Banking and Mobile Banking App.

3 yrs accumulate points in axis it applies for ppl who won’t do 1lakh a month
At end of 3 rd yr move to Marriott Bonvoy again it’s having 3 yr validity there and from MB we have lot of airlines partnering to trf further and book tickets

Then it’s waste even if we get via ITC to mb also we lose the value
