Has anyone applied the new axis miles and more card and got the bonus 45k miles?

The miles earned on the Axis Bank Miles & More Credit Card (both variants) never expire provided-

1) You have been a Miles & More Credit Cardholder for at least 3 months.
2) You make at least 1 Miles-related purchase every month with Miles & More Credit Card

I'm wondering if I forget to use my card in any particular month will the miles expire?

Why ? you don't need to use this card for other spends, except for EazyDiner birthday offer, that too only once a year

No.
2 different Axis Bank Miles and More cards will have to belong to 2 different individuals.
Also Only one Miles and More card can be linked to one Miles and More account

This is too complicated.

I was planning to get 2 cards, one in my name and one in my parents. But now if I I want to use the miles on my parents card for my friend, then thats not possible.

How have you done this calculation?

The renewal fee is 4500+ GST and you get 4000 miles only.

Even if wait till renewal, total miles will be 49000 - not quite enough to buy 2 tickets. As there are no transfer partners, making it difficult to use for 2 people. Only option is to earn the balance 11000 miles by spending 366666. Or If you dont want to wait till renewal, you will need to spend 5L to get 15000 points.

My bad. I thought we would receive 15000 points on renewal. So only 1 return Y fare possible. Considering the return rate, it’s not worth spending that much money to accrue the remaining points. So no point holding it till renewal. Redeem one return Y ticket through mileage bargains and if possible one can use the remaining for Points+cash redemption.

The reward rate is 3%. So divide the required points by the reward rate. Should be around ~4.84L

No no I'm asking about using miles + cash for the 2nd economy return air ticket.
I don't want to spend 4.84 lakhs on this card.

30000 miles + taxes for 1st return air ticket
15500 miles + cash(?) + taxes for 2nd return air ticket

Applied offline, got it in 3 working days and activated it immediately.
the joining fee 11800 was seen soon after activation .
Then I emailed customer care to find out the miles and more MMID
then I downloaded and activated the app with MMID given to me by customer care and set the 5 digit pin.
500 miles were gifted for downloading the app and 45000 miles were seen in the app within 30 days.

Bill was generated after receiving the 45500 miles
