Axis Miles and more offer

Don't activate Miles card if you received it in december. Axis has done it again. Website said apply before 30 Nov, now they are saying card should be issued before Nov 2023. I have a feeling if this being a deliberate delay in issuance. Mind you that I applied online on 10 Nov and then twice offline. After my escalating, they came into action but still issued card AFTER 30 Nov.

If you have the screenshot of "Website saying apply before 30 Nov". Escalate this to Nodal/PNO/Md-Desk if they do not resolve this. Escalate to RBI Ombudsman. Axis has done this now too many times and should face the consequences.

I don’t think Axis would lose anything if they were to issue the card before 30th Nov, it’s M&M that would be crediting the points. So I don’t see why they would delay the card issuance intentionally.

Miles n more have washed their hands off entire program. They are routing me to Axis and pleading no knowledge of the mess.

Just got a call from some number....
I never got the miles and more card despite applying online November. That too despite having an axis card🙂



Today got a call from axis care (supposedly), they told me the offer is extended and I will get 45k miles after activation n doing one transaction.


I was bemused to be honest, asked her to share the same offer via email in written from her axis I'd. Then we ll talk about the card 🙂

I got the similar call today exactly after a month of appying the card.
They shared the email as well saying
"Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Greetings from Axis Bank!

Thank you for applying for the Miles and More world Select credit card. This is to confirm that the "3X bonus points" offer has been extended for this month for you (mobile number - {xxxxxxxxx) as you had applied during the offer period.
Should i go for this or not??
Any card expert here?

Yea.. they delayed to process this card, maybe due to dependency with the partner(Miles&More) if any...
I too applied on Nov 7th, and got the card approved 26th Nov, and got the card on 30th Nov...
Luckily I was able to make that one transaction immediately...
But the Mile & More login I created is a waste now...

Today I got the bill generated and I can see 45,000 miles ... but not sure where to check from Mile & more side.... MaYBE I need to create one more login ?Let me reach out to @drsel : )

Miles and more ID which you made is irrelevant.

you have to ask Premium.Experience@axisbank.com
which miles and more ID is associated with your credit card
Each and everyday ... a new response from Axis bank..
I tried reaching the customer support via chat, where they saying there will be a physical Miles and more membership card will be sent along with PIN and from there I will be able to access that 45000 Miles..

Send email to Axis.
they will give you a miles and more ID number and that will show the miles
 
Miles reflecting in Lufthansa account already? Both me and my friend can't see anything in our account our statement was generated on 25th December

Have you applied card after that mail ? I said I have 3 cards so she denied processing further
