Axis Myzone LTF (No Approval SMS yet)

I have Applied for Axis Myzone Credit Card on father name (17feb) But yet, I have not received any call or SMS or Email from Axis about approval or rejection. Even trying to call to a team but they are saying wait for 15 days. What to do ???

axis mobile. they didn't send any sms
just card started showing in axis mobile application in card section. also received a email

For first 2 days it was not showing status but on 3rd day after application, it is showing to me. However as always LTF application got rejected whereas Axis is willing to give pre approved same card to me as paid.

This 2 days of freezing period for Axis application tracker is weird. Idk why they can't track my application for 48+ hours
