Hi all
I recently got my axis Neo rupay cc
I activated it. But I can't do any online transaction using it.... Whenever I try using it on
AMAZON Pay - Payment pending
Axis mobile - Something went wrong
Paytm doesn't support payment via Rupay card(without UPI)

I want to redeem the welcome benifit of flat 300 cb on first utility payment... Where should I spend it?

Waise toh Axis m 1000 kamiya hai but ek Uniqueness bhi hai🤣

OTP page pe Txn Cancel kar do🤣

Phir call karke MCC phucho, Cancelled txn ka bhi bta dege.

Koi Executive na btaye toh unko bolo check the system once, phir bhi na btaye toh instant call cut and call again

Zomato pe Card Save karke dekho woh Rs.2 wala Authentication, pta chal jayega Card Online Txns ke liye work kar raha hai ya nhi🤣

Mera toh since Issuance work nhi kar raha, dosto ka card udhar leke Zomato Neo offer use kar raha hu

Some people were having problem with myzone as well. May be you can ask for replacement. Though not sure axis will give free replacement.

In my Case Payment Gateway is giving error that Axis Denied Authentication 🤣

Axis khud ke Cards ko Authenticate karne se deny kar raha hai 🤣

So at least they are not devoid of all senses, --- they too have sense enough not to trust themselves! 🙂

Some people were having problem with myzone as well. May be you can ask for replacement. Though not sure axis will give free replacement.

My another issue is pending with Axis MD Desk.
Once it get resolved, will take up this one.

Why they Issued the Card, if Cardholder can not avail the associated offers ?

Error is from Axis end only not the Gateway

It's instant 5% upto 150 once a month on txn above 299 on apay

It is not showing up for me. I am trying airtel prepaid recharge of more than 300. Not sure what is the issue. Should I ask axis or amazon?

Funny thing is, I used this card in Zomato for 3 times and got discount, but it is not getting saved into the Zomato app in spite of checking the save check box

I had the same issue with my Neo Rupay, it won’t work on any website, the transaction gets declined before reaching the otp page. Despite several emails to pno the issue was not resolved. In the end I did block and replace, this seems to have worked as now I’m able to do online transactions.
Do try this as replacement is free for Neo Rupay.

Yes Block and Replace is the Last Option.

But Neo is not my Daily usage Card, So No Problem if it do not work even for a Month or Two, I will take the Matter further on the Grounds of "Deficiency in Services" and try to extract some Money🤣
