You need to use two phones with two seperate zomato accounts. Also don't save two neo cards in one zomato account as it will also block the discounts for 2nd card. I am speaking from experiance and using multiple neo cards every month.

Same error.. in one device other acc working fine.. bcz 2 different promo code section.. here only one..in payment options no axis neo promo code while i type manually it wont work .

Unable to use even the blinkit 10% off offer also, any new devaluations or I didn't use properly. I ordered for the first time since blinkit started serving in my location just recently. The coupon AXISNEO didn't work

I last used the payment coupon code "AXISNEO" on Zomato version 18.5.4 yesterday, 7th October 2024, for the first time this month, and it was working successfully.

However, today, I updated to the version 18.5.5, and it's no longer working. It shows the error, "Selected promo code AXISNEO not applicable with current payment method" even though the Axis Neo card was already selected before applying the coupon code.

Apparently, it could be a bug. So, wait for a few more days until they resolve this issue, or download the APK of an older version. If the latter doesn't work, be assured that it is a server-sided issue and you can't do nothing much about it.

Once, delete the card from Zomato and the try to use without saving it, see if it works by any chance.

Yes, remember it, someone has also reported it couple of days ago, he is also facing same issue, the coupon is available under restuarant cupon category.
