Axis not giving grabdeals marks spencer 45x points

I did the transaction in December, but the bank saying that they have not captured under grabdeals. Have escalated to nodal officer with the invoice. Lets c

It`s funny, I have been buying Mark&spencer products for the last for months, so far just got 2 SMS confirming. When I checked on this link that you sent, there is no transsation recorded. Sometimes I have the feeling that grabdeals is just trying to fool us.

Once u get sms then it’s sure for grabdeals

The link is still buggy, that's why it's not available on the app/site officially.. IMO it's better to cancel/return order if SMS isn't received
 
Mark and Spencer is a little weird indeed.

For my January transaction, i got sms confirmation, but it doesn't show up in grab deals transaction history.

February transaction was showing in grab deals history until last week, but not showing now. No sms received either.

March transaction doesn't appear in grab deals and no sms either.

April transaction appear in grab deals, but no sms.

Till now I am just hoping that these are only portal/sms related issues, as I have seen similar issues with Amazon Flipkart and OnePlus in past as well. And they all have points as expected.

So hopefully I will get all points without contacting customer care. Otherwise explaining these to customer care is too difficult and I bought items mainly due to this 40x offer only, otherwise items were much more cheaper at other places.
January grab deals points on mark and Spencer credited today.
 
I didn't receive my M&S points for November. After sending multiple emails and follow-ups with Premium Experience, they have assured me that the points will be credited during the last week of April.

As mentioned in our previous email thread, we have forwarded your case to our respective team regarding the Grabdeals reward points not being credited. We have received an update regarding the same, and according to the update, you will receive the accelerated points in the last week of April 2023.

Lets see what happens now.

Dec and Jan did get credited.
What did you write in mail that convinced them about their mistake of not crediting

Is the credit showing as Grab Deals Nov in your ER tnx history?

Good for you.. i tried everything premium experience, pno.. they are saying merchant says transaction failed.. i have once again emailed pno and M&S team as last try.. anyways not using grabdeals anymore.. traveledge and gyftr is much cleaner..

As per your concern with reference to the service request number ########, we would like to inform you that as per merchant's confirmation, the transaction is not attributed to grab deals. However Merchant has not shared the exact reason why order is not attributed.

Non attribution happens due reasons such as : -

1.The tracking got lost due to multiple searches.
2.Product was already added to the cart.
3.Either you has clicked on another promotion while doing a purchase etc..

Also please find the attached screenshot of grab deals T & C mentioned on the axis bank website.

From grab deals went to Mark's and Spencers website after entering card details/mobile number and it took a bit of a time (15 mins) to select a shirt. Then I signed in the marks and Spencers website with my login and paid.

Meanwhile, the grab deals tab showed time out 😡 so keeping my fingers crossed whether this transaction is eligible or not. I will come to know by end of August.

But hope at least shirt is of the same quality as you get in UK.

Now u can track it on axis website.. if it doesn’t come there as success in 7 days just cancel & return

Clearing cookies is more important than clearing cache.. Also it's better to cancel now before order's shipped and try again, as definitely your cookie session has expired and your purchase won't track on GrabDeals. Or you can wait 2-3 days for GrabDeal SMS as a confirmation. Btw did you use the FIRST coupon code for your purchase as well?
