Axis not giving grabdeals marks spencer 45x points

I did the transaction in December, but the bank saying that they have not captured under grabdeals. Have escalated to nodal officer with the invoice. Lets c

I did a transaction last week from Grabdeals on chrome without any extensions or privacy policy blockers. Didn't receive SMS nor seeing it in Grabdeals my transactions. I will return the order as price/quality ratio is not good without bonus ERs. Will Axis customer support on call be able to tell me with surety if in 120 days I will get the bonus ERs or not?

I just screen record while doing the transaction. 😶‍🌫️ Is it too much? 😂 Obvio i don't show the card number what i do is save the card in the app example flipkart. Now it shows only last 4 digits and as i use pc so no screen numbers shown either. So fully safe and axis ko gaali Dene ke bhi kaam aayega

Can anyone please share the Grabdeals confirmation sms you have recieved for M&S any month? I need to know the text format to search my inbox if I have actually recieved it for previous month's.

Instead of relying upon and searching that sms,
Try looking for your transaction on direct Grabdeals portal which is much more reliable:

GRAB DEALS

grabdeals.axisbank.com grabdeals.axisbank.com
If your transaction got tracked here, it means you are sure to receive the points.

But as I suspected my January M&S 40x transactions is not showing. Do you think If its worth fighting for that 10k ER or should I just consider it gone at this point?

No, it's definitely worth the fight.
@CMG had also fought with Axis over a month and he got his 10k bonus at last.
I think if you have followed all the steps correctly, then it is your right as a consumer to fight for your rights.
10k points will easily give you a return domestic Vistara flight..

But as I read here that they’re asking for a document as proof. Anyway I’ll at least try mailing and following up. They quoted 90-120 days and I did the transaction on 25th Jan, so I’ll wait till the 120 days are over.

My Dec transaction status shows failed. But I recieved cashback for it instead of reward points.
Jan and Feb transaction doesn't show up but I remember I had recieved a confirmation message for one of them.

If you have the sms, Can you please share it here?

Here you go my friend:
"GRAB DEALS txn on Marks & Spencer at 30-12-2022 was successfully recorded. Your cashback/reward points will be processed within 90-120 days. T&C - Axis Bank."
This is the exact format used by Axis in confirmation sms.

Don't they send emails for grab deals and is it only SMS sometimes?

Another twist - Got the much coveted sms that this transaction was recorded in Grab deals yesterday 😕

In between, my order got cancelled, money refunded and the offer itself is devalued to 20x, Sigh!!!
