My Axis reserve is due for renwal next month. Is it woth 50K + GST considering the fact that we only get 20K worth of miles and Accor plus membership which are worth something. I dont have Infinia though.

Spending 10 lakh on Forex earns you 60,000 in hotel/miles. Also loses 17.7k to forex markup and GST.

Well, it depends on how much your spends are etc. Tell us a bit more. Only then somebody will be able to advice you.
My monthly expenses are around 50-60K which includes rent expenses of 33K in this. Plus I do travel at least twice in year which amounts to 3-4L per year. I had taken this card considering 4/5 conversion ratio which effectively translated into 40K miles plus the accor plus programme with 2 complimentary nights equating arounf 20K thus redeeming the while 58K paid. I am thinking of utilising the benefit in the following ways
1. Priority pass - Since I do only 1 international trip the same can be taken care by rupay platinum debit card which provides 1 access. Same can be done for my wife.
2. Domestic acess - We have enough other cards
3. Accor plus - Not required as the prices are always discounted on booking.com although we get silver status which can be missed
4. Meet & Greet - I have used this service many times but effectively waste of money considering you have to stand in line for baage drop and again normal line for immigration
5. Golf - I have 4 mastercard which provide 1 lesson per month which seems to be enough
6. Reward points - effectively 3% this is best accross any other cards plus internationally we get 4.5% effective rate which is the best in class. General expenses on foreign currenc are around 2L per year.
7. Luxury transfers - There are a worth but yes there is Ola/Uber

Any suggestions that it would be worthwile paying the below fee ?

You should get it downgraded to Axis Magnus. But first call and ask for retention offer and see. If not given, then maybe try for Axis Magnus LTF.

So 59k annual charges gives
20k Accor points - 36k INR
Accor Plus membership - 1 stay plus ( value around 8-25k depending where you use it )
ITC - 3rd night free ( value of 8-10k )

So in an average you can extract around 36+13+10 = 59k INR
Card is still pretty much free I guess.

Plus you get non spend benefits like lounge , BMS, ED discount , Golf , M&G, Airport luxury transfers

Still not a bad deal if you can utilise those points and vouchers in your travel

Stay Plus gives 2 night free, I took Sofitel Bangkok nights and can be easily valued at 30k.

Renew the card. Its still worth it's class. There is lot of talk as it's useless etc it's all depends on how you use. Getting reserve is not easy as per new rules. But anyways it's still the card you get something and you have to use it's benfits. If you are not traveling then amex or reserve etc all are useless (travel category)

So just renew

Unsure if on renwal we get 2 night or 1 night. Back of the mind we are forced to spend on something which we are not required to. Valued at 30K is fine but we could have spent less if we didnt have this offer. This is my personal opinion which is getting to me think the worthiness of free nights

Agree, but I travel to Bangkok twice a year and always stay at Sofitel or Sheraton for last 13 years, so for me it's worth. It will depend on individual choice, as there are good hotels available in Bangkok at lower price.

Anyways, I am a Accor Plus member for last 14 years and I anyways directly save 12 k on the membership. Plus with 36k worth points, it's immediate 48k benefit for me. I have used their Luxury pick up and drop, it's a worth it experience. That I will value at Total 8k. Meet and greet another 8-10k.

These are expenses, which I anyways end up doing every year, and hence there is a value for me. It may not be useful for anyone not doing these expenses.
