Axis Savings Account Upgrade Query

Dear Axis user I am getting below upgrade what are additional charges need to keep in mind right now it is rural 2500 mab not using from last many years account due to unnecessary charges

Yes, I can see on the app that mab has not been changed for me too. And they also have not upgraded the debit card. So, no issue for me then. I was just worried about mab. But is there a chance that they'll increase in future? And if they have not increased the mab as of now, still I get the benefits of Liberty account?

Update - Surprisingly, Axis Bank customer care said me that even though the app is showing mab has not changed, it is changed. Now, I don't trust Axis customer care executive as much as I trust the Axis app. What do you think?
Just put money below ₹25k for a month and see if they charging for mab I'm doing this now, if they charge money this will warrant a fraud case

As far as I could understand, your case is same as mine. Could you please update here if they are charging you for not maintaining 25k? I can't do that due to some reason.

Check ac variant & visit website it will mention regards mab of your ac along with branch tier like me it mentioned 75k mab this is qab or 3lac trv.

When it comes to dispute with only MITC matters and not what is displayed. Because it is the MITC we agree with them. So maintain MAB as per new account and send an email to them stating account got changed and request new debit card which is free against that variant. And close the old debit card.

1. Pls confirm what is the status now(account variant) ?
2. Did ur account got upgrade automatically, even after sending OPTOUT message properly to mentioned mobile no ??
3. If yes, were u able to downgrade that account by visiting branch or any means?
1. I went to the branch with Aadhaar and PAN photocopy and raised a request to downgrade my account. And the process completed within 2 days.

yes mine downgraded to sbeasy category code 2.5k mab but don't know about charges which added in next few months nrv maintained in 3lac fd but for 10 days i withdrawal for zero ac balance due to branch not ready to downgrade now again reloaded balance after downgrade in 25sep till 14sep balance was maintained. rest days was zero.

Process was not smooth as both my home branch & nearby not ready to do but after multiple follow ups with branch employee they sent my scanned signed photocopy along with cdr kyc form to home branch they completed in less than 3 hours from home branch system now downgraded.

Now i am scared about 700 something maintenance charges after approaching branch head mentioned for 10 days kindly deposit 7 lac for till end of months anyhow its not easy for me i kept only 3 to 4k.

Please any one guide how NRV get calculated in axis like daily or monthly basis like i maintained for 14 days 3 lacs rest 10 days 0 Rs now in 25 th sep 2.5 k MAB or around 10 k maintained till sep 24 months ?

Note - Here ac upgraded even after sent opt out sms so please do check current ac statement ac category code & search axis ac charges in their website don't believe any agent even my current nearby branch said we don't know about any sampann savings variant it is similar to prestige 75k mab 3 lac NRV any how i arrange mitc pdf for following BBSPN code category of ac showed to branch head then they took my request else they were telling its same 2.5k mab ac .

1. U people had opened account online (video KYC) or through branch ?
2. What was ur account variant originally (at the time of account opening) ? Easy access or DIGITAL easy access or something else ?
Online unable to open tried more than15 times due to fk axis hype during 2021 later by branch biometric kyc 16k initial deposit follow below thread
