Axis Magnus Axis suspended miles redemptions on my account

Two days back I had initiated a miles transfer of around 3.3l miles to my turkish account (in fear of the upcoming devaluation).

Today when I try to log into travel edge, I get an error stating: The account is suspended, miles redemption will not be available.
On edge rewards portal I get this error: User not exists in lms customer portal

Am I the only one who is facing this issue? Has anyone else faced the same? Any idea what might have caused this issue? Can they do this?

I have sent an email to axis cc. Lets see what their reply is.
 
Its getting frustrating.
First raised on 22nd July and till now they have not been able to give me any satisfactory response.
I have sent an email to normal customer support, premium experiences and PNO now. I spent a couple of hours detailing each transaction with proof of invoice as well as bharatnxt screenshot page to link it with the screenshot. I made a proper excel sheet and each invoice was attached to the email. If they spend some time with some brains going through it, it should be opened. If not, then RBI, here I come. I've had a generally good experience with RBI especially with Axis Bank in the last couple of years. Twice now RBI has made Axis reverse interest charges.

may be they are deliberately doing so, so they can stop us from transferring points before 01 sep. Otherwise, why they are taking so long to verify the authenticity of the transactions????

Right, thats their plan…even complaining rbi they not activated the account and said all the time that we didn’t receive your documents or cannot view the file…they are taking just time but we have proof of complaint and can tell them that we we’re eligible for points in july august itself so we are eligible for 5:4 transfer

What makes it more surprising is how some behave and express themselves because they got busted yet they feel entitled to the rewards earned through abuse. The world doesn't revolve around you and Axis isn't plotting against you just so you can't redeem "your" rewards on time. They're just pretty inefficient and slow.

I see several who posted in those threads regarding money rotation among other tricks. Some even were aware of Axis stance towards BharatNXT and took the risk.

I just wonder what pushed Axis to take so many and such extreme changes and measures nearly all at around the same time span. The end of the fiscal year after their Magnus boom?!

What people do they deserve. Rotation guys were well deserved for this blocks. But not the guys who didn't do anything wrong. Most importantly Axis behaviour and decisions make it look like cheap company not a bank. Atleast to me it looks like that. The problem is service.
 
@saver-user and other fellow members, urgent help, I already complained to RBI, in that in drop down menu I selected these options as nothing like edge rewards section or rewards points section available so what did you enter in RBI complaints form?

Mine got unblocked today as well. I got an email from customer support on Wednesday that they have looked at my documents and found them in order and that the account would get activated in 3 working days. Till today morning it was still not activated, how we rechecked just now and it's working.

Where did you send those documents? To pno? Anywhere uploaded? Which format? Pdf?
